What we collect

We only collect what you give us, plus standard website analytics.

Information you give us

When you fill in an enquiry or contact form on this website, we collect your name, phone number, email address and the message you write. Where a form asks about an event, we may also collect the type of event, number of guests and dates you are considering.

If you contact us by WhatsApp or telephone using the links on this site, your phone number and the content of your message reach us in the normal way for those services.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site records technical information through analytics tools: the pages you visit, approximate location derived from your IP address, the device and browser you use, how you arrived at the site, and what you click. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is performing.

What we do not collect here

We do not take card or payment details on this website. Online ticket purchases are handled on a separate booking system at uvameridian.in, which has its own terms and handles payment information directly. We do not ask for government identity numbers through any form on this site.

If you would like your enquiry details removed, write to us and we will do so, unless we are required to keep them.
